Celebrate the power of pregnancy with an evening of yoga, meditation, connection & creativity. Rejoice in this transformational time and lay the groundwork for a confident birth and start to motherhood.

This workshop includes a yoga class taught by Jess Waters. The movement portion will be focused on specific yoga postures that relieve common discomforts during pregnancy and help prepare the body for labour + delivery. Breathing exercises (pranayama) will also be incorporated into class, these techniques will be helpful during labour and both pre + post-natal to relieve stress and anxiety.

Up next will be a meditation guided by Krista Beehler. A meditation that reveals the secret to motherhood: unveiling your inner wisdom and accessing your ability to harness your power in the face of fear. A practice that can be revisited again and again throughout pregnancy + labour.

Also included is a creative expression activity: DIY Positive Affirmation Booklets to use during pregnancy + delivery.

The evening will close with a sharing circle with an opportunity to join a private Facebook group that will be set-up beforehand. This will be a space for you to stay connected with each other and give/seek support throughout your pregnancy and right after birth.

Iced Raspberry leaf tea + a vegan treat will be served during the event.
