As you breathe in you say “I am fulfilled”. Feel your breath slowly fill up your stomach and imagine that it pours out through your limbs, into each finger and every toe.
While you inhale continue to think about all that you have before you. All the things that fulfill you and who you are.
As you prepare to breathe out, imagine that breath grabs every worry, every to-do and every expectation with it and rushes them out of you.
On this out breath you say “I am fearless”. Releasing all concerns into the universe. Finding solace in what is, rather than what should be.
Allow this momtra to start your day with the affirmation of being exactly who you need to be, and doing exactly what you need to do. Trusting your process, and most importantly yourself.
Affirm further that your worries stand no chance against your fearlessness. That today you will conquer exactly what you decide to. You will display and show strength to your family in whatever you do, big or small.
Then say it again and again and again. As often or as little as you see fit.
